Production & Delivery Timelines

Most of our jewellery is made to order to ensure exceptional craftsmanship, reduce waste, and offer fair pricing.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
- Production time: 2–5 working weeks
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your item has been dispatched

Ready-to-Ship Pieces – Delivery Estimates
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Features & Inclusions

Every Lagani order includes:

- Signature required on delivery for added security
- Real-time tracking on every parcel
- Complimentary insurance during transit
- Secure NZ Post Express courier service

Important Notes

- Shipping timelines may vary slightly during public holidays or promotional events.
- If your order includes both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, it will be dispatched once all items are ready.
