Manufacturing Warranty
To be eligible for this warranty:
- You must be the original purchaser.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, or misuse
- Discolouration from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing
- Natural wear and tear over time, including worn-down or bent prongs and band thinning (especially in gold, which is a soft metal)
- Lost stones due to damaged or neglected settings
