At Lagani, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our lab-grown diamond jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.
Reasons You Can Return Items
You may return items to us for the following reasons:
- Faulty or defective items: Covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Change of mind: For eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in As New Condition:
- Unworn and undamaged
- Free from scratches or signs of wear
- Final condition assessment is at our discretion
- Include proof of purchase, original packaging, and any certificates or documentation
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
- Earrings
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Engraved jewellery
- Resized rings
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@lagani.co.nz with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
- Package your item securely, including your order confirmation and documents.
- Ship using a tracked and insured courier service.
Please ship your item within 7 days of return approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
You are responsible for the item until we receive and inspect it.
What Happens Next
- Our Quality Assurance Team will inspect all returned items.
- If approved, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
If the item does not meet return conditions, we will notify you and return the item at your cost.
