2. Legal Rights & Consumer Guarantees
All purchases from Lagani are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
You are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement if a product has a major fault.
- A repair or replacement if the fault is minor.
Please note: Custom-made jewellery is created specifically for you and is non-refundable unless faulty.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate, current information on our products and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, including typographical or system errors, and to cancel orders made based on incorrect information.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
By placing an order, you authorise Lagani and our third-party payment providers to charge your selected payment method.
Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store credit card information.
5. Product Descriptions & Custom Orders
Lagani jewellery is handcrafted and may vary slightly in size, tone, or design from photos.
We use lab-grown diamonds, with carat weights noted as approximations.
Custom orders are made on request and cannot be returned unless they do not comply with consumer guarantees.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services or location.
Lagani is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
Custom-made and personalised pieces are final sale, unless defective as per New Zealand consumer law.

8. Product Care and Warranty
To ensure longevity, jewellery should be worn with care and kept away from chemicals, perfumes, and abrasives.
Damage caused by improper handling or wear is not covered under warranty.

All content on this site — including images, designs, product listings, text, and the Lagani logo — is the intellectual property of Lagani Limited.
