A little preparation can make your visit even more useful.
Our Auckland CBD studio is open by appointment only. You’ll find us on Level 17, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
Allow approximately 45 - 60 minutes for your appointment, giving us time to explore your ideas, try on available pieces and answer your questions.
You’re welcome to bring your partner or someone whose opinion you value. Let us know when booking so we can prepare for your visit.
Of course. You’re welcome to try on available pieces, compare styles and ask questions. You don’t need a particular design in mind before we meet.
Selected designs and samples are available to explore. Mention any specific piece when you request your appointment so we can confirm what can be shown at your visit.
Yes. Bring any reference images, design ideas or jewellery you’d like your new piece to complement. We’ll explore the diamond, setting and finer details together, along with pricing and the process for creating your piece. You don’t need a finished design in mind. Your questions are a good place to start.
Yes. Book a video consultation to discuss your ideas, explore design options and ask questions wherever you’re based.
