We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our lab-grown diamond jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the terms outlined below.

Returns Eligibility:

You may return an item under the following conditions:

  • Faulty or Defective Items – If the item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
  • Change of Mind—If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, we will gladly refund you, subject to the conditions below.
2. Return Period:

For B2B customers, the return period will be determined case-by-case. Please contact our B2B customer service team promptly to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • It must be in as-New Condition, meaning it must not have been worn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Lagani Limited reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item before approving the refund.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include proof of purchase, original packaging, and all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or grading reports).

The following items cannot be returned due to a change of mind:
  • Custom-made or special order jewellery
  • Engraved or resized rings
  • Earrings (Due to hygiene and health regulations, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.)
How to Initiate a Return:
5. Return Shipping:

Return shipping arrangements for B2B transactions will be discussed during the return authorisation process. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the B2B customer.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details via email.
  3. Securely package the item, including a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship the package using a tracked and insured service to protect against loss or damage.
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Processing of Refund Returns:
  • All returned items will be inspected by our quality assurance team before a refund, exchange, or repair is processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
